Gazprombank places additional bonds worth 2.3 billion rubles

The bank has issued an additional series of exchange-traded bonds (No. 7, series 006P-05P) worth 2.31 billion rubles at face value.

From July 15 to July 24, 2026, the bank sold 2,310,999 bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The bonds were placed at a price of 56% of their face value, equivalent to 560 rubles per bond.

The initially planned issue volume was 5 billion rubles.

The income from the bonds is a discount (the difference between the face value of the bonds and their placement price).
