### Russian Digital Platforms Registry Reaches 12 Participants by July 16, 2026
By July 16, 2026, the Russian digital platforms registry had 12 participants. It is expected that starting from October 1, 2026, these participants will be subject to the regulations of the platform economy law.
The first participants include marketplaces such as Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, Lamoda, and Magnit Market; delivery and logistics services like Kuper, Delivery Club, and Yandex Eats; transportation and travel services including Yandex Go and Yandex Travel; classifieds and foreign platforms such as Avito and Joom (the only foreign platform on the list).
In addition to these platforms, others may also join the registry. To apply for inclusion, they must meet certain criteria: their daily audience must exceed 100,000 users, the number of active partners must be at least 10,000, and the annual turnover of partners must be over 50 billion rubles.
