### Russian Stock Market Index Dips Amid Trading Session
On Wednesday, the MICEX Index fell by 1.2% during the trading session, reaching a level of 2,120 basis points.
The most liquid stocks showed the following trading dynamics:
- Lukoil: -1.3%
- Gazprom: -2.5%
- Sberbank: -1.4%
- Rosneft: -4.2%
It is worth noting that the MICEX Index is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is calculated based on the market capitalization of freely traded shares (free-float) and includes highly liquid securities of large and rapidly growing Russian companies.
The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated based on prices weighted by market capitalization, taking into account free-float, and includes the most liquid stocks of Russian companies. The index composition and weight are reviewed quarterly.
