Russian Company "Natsproektstroy Capital" Prepares 100 Billion Ruble Bond Program

On July 10, the stock exchange registered the prospectus and bond program of "Natsproektstroy Capital" LLC, series 001P.

The bond program was assigned registration number 4-00282-L-001P-02E.

The maximum volume of the bond program is 100 billion rubles, inclusive, or its equivalent in foreign currency.

Bonds under the program will be issued for a term of up to 10 years.

The bond program is valid indefinitely.
