### Russian Alcoholic Exports to China Surge Russia has been consistently increasing its exports of alcoholic beverages to China, according to data from the federal center supporting exports of agricultural products. In 2025, Russia significantly increased its exports of sparkling wine to China, shipping over 327,000 liters worth $960,000. This represents a 16-fold increase in volume and a 9.5-fold increase in value compared to the previous year. In 2026, the trend shifted towards cognac exports. From January to May, Russia delivered more than 2,600 liters of cognac to China, valued at $100,000. Year-on-year, this represents an 11-fold increase in volume and a 31-fold increase in value.
