### Russian Air Defense Intercepts Massive UAV Attack In the night of June 21, Russian air defense forces successfully repelled a large-scale attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, duty air defense units intercepted and destroyed 239 unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type. The UAVs were detected and neutralized over the territories of Astrakhan, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, and Rostov regions, as well as over Krasnodar Krai, the Republic of Crimea, and the Republic of Adygea. Additionally, air defense systems were active over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas, where further aerial targets were also shot down. Emergency and operational services are now working at the sites where the UAV debris fell.
