Starting in July 2026, Russia will introduce a new lending program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.

"From July, we will launch a new lending program for working capital together with banks and the Corporation for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (MCP). The limit is up to 150 billion rubles and the interest rate is equal to the key rate," he said during a government meeting.
