Rubble cleared after dormitory collapse in Starobelsk, 21 killed

Search and rescue operations have concluded in Starobelsk following the collapse of a dormitory belonging to the Lugansk Pedagogical University College. According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry (MChS), 63 people were injured in the incident.

Rescuers have recovered the bodies of all fatalities from the rubble. A total of 21 people lost their lives in the tragedy. All works at the disaster site have now been completed.
