Russian company "Borets Kapital" to launch bond offering on June 3
On June 3, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Moscow time, Russian investment company "Borets Kapital" (Borets Capital) will conduct a book-building session for its exchange-traded bonds (series 001P-07).
The technical listing of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for June 8, 2026.
The planned issue volume is 2 billion rubles. The nominal value of each bond is 1,000 rubles. The coupon period is 30 days, and the bonds will have a three-year term.
The initial coupon rate is expected to be no higher than 17.75% per annum, corresponding to a yield to maturity of no more than 19.27% per annum.
Guarantees are provided for the bonds.
Organizers of the offering include Alfa Bank, Gazprombank, Sinara Investment Bank, and Sovcombank. Gazprombank will act as the placement agent.
