Russian air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 173 Ukrainian drones during the night of May 25, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The unmanned aerial vehicles were eliminated over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kostroma, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl regions, Moscow area, and the Republic of Crimea (a region annexed by Russia in 2014).
