Moscow Exchange Index Drops 0.4% in Monday Trading Session to Reach 2620 Points

Among the most liquid stocks, the following dynamics were observed:

- Gazprom -0.7%;

- Sberbank -0.6%;

- Lukoil -0.5%;

- Rosneft -0.2%.

The Moscow Exchange Index (MOEX) is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is calculated based on the market capitalization of free-float shares and includes highly liquid securities of large and fast-growing Russian companies.

The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated using prices weighted by market capitalization, taking into account free-float, and includes the most liquid stocks of Russian companies. The index composition and weighting are reviewed quarterly.
