The issuer plans to privately place 250,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, exclusively among qualified investors. The total nominal value of the issue amounts to 250 million rubles. The bonds will have a circulation period of 5 years, with a coupon period of 30 days. The coupon rate is fixed at 26.50% per annum for the entire circulation period. The overview was presented by Alexei Grishchenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor at the Department of Operational and Sectoral Management of the "Higher School of Management" Faculty at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
