The Russian government will provide additional support to regional industrial development programs in key settlements located outside major urban agglomerations. Federal subsidies for these regions will be calculated with a multiplier of 1.5.

Furthermore, a multiplier of 10 will be applied to projects aimed at creating and developing tech parks in high-tech sectors on priority territories, particularly for priority projects in radio electronics and microelectronics.

"This measure will contribute to balanced economic growth across regions while addressing key objectives for achieving technological sovereignty," emphasized Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
