All major Moscow airports have temporarily halted operations for both departing and arriving flights. Sheremetyevo Airport was the last to announce the restrictions, advising passengers of possible schedule changes.

Earlier, similar measures were implemented at Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky airports. As a result, the entire Moscow aviation hub is currently suspended.
