Akron Successfully Issues 1 Billion Yuan Exchange-Traded Bonds
Akron, a Russian-based company, has successfully issued a series of exchange-traded bonds (BO-002P-03) worth 1 billion yuan at their nominal value.
Through an open subscription, the issuer sold 1 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 yuan.
The bonds have a circulation period of 3.5 years.
The coupon period is 30 days. The repayment of the nominal value will be made in installments: 30% on the date of the 36th coupon payment, and 35% each on the dates of the 39th and 42nd coupon payments.
Based on the results of the tender, the coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 7.85% per annum.
The placement agent was Tabula Rasa Investment Company.
