Russia Increases Sugar Exports by 37%

Russia exported over 190,000 tons of sugar worth $125 million in the first quarter of 2026, according to the federal center for export support of agricultural products.

Compared to the same period last year, exports increased by 28% in volume and 37% in value.

The largest importing countries were Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan.
