During the night of April 16, Russian air defense units intercepted and destroyed 207 Ukrainian drones, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the fixed-wing type were shot down over the territories of Belgorod, Smolensk, Kursk, Bryansk, Oryol regions, Krasnodar Territory, Crimea (a region claimed by both Russia and Ukraine), as well as over the Black and Azov Seas.
