Russian Law Firm Voxis Successfully Issues RUB 500 Million Bonds

Voxis, a leading Russian law firm, has successfully completed the placement of exchange-traded bonds series 001P-02 with a total value of RUB 500 million (approximately USD 6.3 million) at face value.

From February 13 to April 10, 2026, the issuer sold 500,000 bonds, each with a face value of RUB 1,000, through an open subscription.

The bonds have a two-year circulation period and a 30-day coupon period.

The coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 20.00% per annum based on the results of the order book collection.

The placement was organized by Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, and Sovcombank, with Gazprombank acting as the placement agent.
