Moscow Exchange Opens Lower

Moscow Exchange Index (MOEX) adjusts by 0.4% during Monday trading session, reaching 2,750 basis points.

Among the most liquid stocks, the following dynamics are observed:

- Gazprom -0.2%;

- Rusal -1.5%;

- Sberbank +0.2%;

- Rosneft -1.2%.

The Moscow Exchange Index (MOEX) is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is formed based on the market capitalization of free-floating shares and includes highly liquid securities of large and dynamically growing Russian companies.

The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated based on prices weighted by market capitalization, taking into account free-float, of the most liquid Russian company stocks. The index composition and weight are reviewed quarterly.
