The Russian government will allocate over 634 million rubles ($8.5 million) to modernize communal infrastructure in the regions. Federal subsidies will be provided to Pskov Oblast and Rostov Oblast, with funding scheduled for 2026–2027.

In Pskov Oblast, the funds will be used to continue the reconstruction of the largest boiler house in Pskov (a major city in the region). The second phase of the modernization project is expected to be completed, followed by the next stage of work. As part of the project, hot water gas-oil boilers will be replaced.

In Rostov Oblast, federal subsidies will be directed towards upgrading communal networks. This will involve major repairs and replacement of water supply and sewage systems.

The allocated funds will enhance the reliability of communal infrastructure and improve the quality of services provided to residents in these regions.
