Brent crude oil prices dipped below $100 per barrel during trading on April 1, according to data from the London-based ICE Futures exchange.

June futures for Brent crude were down 3.28% from the previous session, settling at $99.32 per barrel.

The price drop came amidst statements from U.S. President Donald Trump indicating that the U.S. could conclude its military campaign against Iran within two to three weeks.
