### Russia Updates Money Transfer Regulations from April 1
Starting April 1, Russia will implement an updated version of its money transfer regulations, replacing the existing framework. The changes are technical in nature and do not introduce significant new requirements for individuals.
The Ministry of Finance clarifies that the new rules do not affect money transfers between individuals. Common transactions, including transfers between bank cards and accounts, will continue to follow the current procedures.
The document specifies the procedures for payments made to the budgetary system and treasury accounts. Specifically, the updated requirements apply to transfers related to tax payments, fees, and other mandatory payments that contribute to the revenues of various levels of government budgets.
Additionally, the regulation governs transactions involving payments to the Federal Treasury, including payments for work completed and services provided by autonomous institutions.
