Whoosh Raises 1 Billion Rubles Through Bond Issue

Whoosh, a Russian company, has successfully completed the placement of Series 001P-05 bonds worth 1 billion rubles at their nominal value.

From January 29 to February 27, 2026, the issuer sold 1 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The bonds have a circulation period of 2 years.

The coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 22.00% per annum following the bid collection.

Initially, the target rate for the first coupon was announced at no more than 22.00% per annum.

Organizers of the placement included Alfa Bank, BCS CIB, VTB Capital Trading, Gazprombank, Sova Bank, GI Solutions, and Sber CIB.

The placement agent was Sova Bank.
