Denis Manturov, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, has announced the timelines for a key Russian space project.

"On the agenda of Roscosmos and private companies is the development of a new line of carrier rockets, including those with a reusable first stage. Of course, a matter of national pride should be our own orbital station, the deployment of which is planned from 2028. It will become a key platform for exploring deep space, including the creation of a Russian lunar base," Manturov stated at the first regional forum of the United Russia party in Yekaterinburg.

Additionally, Manturov announced the final certification of the MS-21 aircraft.
