### Russia to Introduce Proactive State Support for Industrial Enterprises by 2030
Russia is planning to implement a proactive mechanism for state support of industrial enterprises by 2030. The new format will allow support measures to be provided automatically through the state industrial information system, eliminating the need for businesses to initiate the process.
This task is included in the updated strategy for the digital transformation of manufacturing industries. It aims not only to simplify access to support measures but also to achieve large-scale technological modernization of the sector.
According to the target indicators, at least 80% of manufacturing enterprises are expected to switch to using domestic software in key production and management systems. For companies with more than 50% state participation, the bar is set even higher, with the level of Russian software adoption expected to reach 95%.
Digitalization is expected to yield significant economic benefits, with industrial production volume projected to increase by at least 40% by 2030 compared to 2022.
