Lenta Shares to be Included in MICEX Index Calculation Base

Starting March 20, shares of the Lenta hypermarket chain will be included in the calculation base of the Moscow Exchange and RTS indices, according to a statement from the trading platform.

As a result, the number of securities in the Moscow Exchange index calculation base will increase to 46. Rusagro and Samolet shares will be placed on the waiting list for inclusion in these indices, while PIK shares will be placed on the waiting list for exclusion.

Furthermore, starting February 27, the Moscow Exchange will adjust the free-float coefficients (the proportion of company shares available for public trading) for several companies: Basis - 17%; CIAN - 40%; Arenadata Group - 20%; Etalon Group - 21%; AGK - 12%; Ozon Pharma - 20%; PIK - 15%; VTB - 44%; Yandex - 26%.
