The fee for obtaining real estate registry information online for legal entities in the form of a property extract may increase by 17%. The corresponding draft order has been prepared by the Russian Federal Real Estate Cadastre Service (Rosreestr).
The fee for obtaining an extract from the Real Estate Registry (EГРН) about a property will increase from the current 1,400 rubles to 1,640 rubles. This is because its cost is currently lower than that of an extract on the main characteristics and registered rights of a property, which stands at 1,640 rubles.
"In order to maintain a balance between the volume of information provided and the cost of corresponding extracts from the Real Estate Registry in electronic form for legal entities, it is proposed to change the cost of extracts about a property (per unit) from 1,400 rubles to 1,640 rubles," the document states.
