### Power Outages Hit Belgorod Region Following Incident Massive power outages were reported in the Belgorod region of Russia on February 12, according to regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. He stated that the blackouts were caused by fire damage to infrastructure in the area. Gladkov explained that the incident occurred at a substation, leading to widespread power cuts affecting over 220,000 consumers across three municipalities: Belgorod city, as well as Belgorodsky and Shebekinsky districts.
