Gazprombank Plc issued RUB 937.3 million worth of bonds

The issuer has placed an additional issue No. 2 of exchange-traded bonds, series 006P-04P, worth RUB 937.325 million at nominal value, which accounts for 93.73% of the total additional tranche volume.

From January 28 to February 6, 2026, the bank sold 937,325 bonds with a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each through an open subscription. The bonds were placed at a price of 53% of their nominal value, i.e., RUB 530 per bond.

The planned placement volume of the additional issue was RUB 1 billion at nominal value.

The main issue with a total nominal volume of RUB 5 billion was placed on December 16, 2025, for RUB 698.823 million at nominal value, with maturity in 2030. From December 23 to 30, 2025, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 1 for RUB 196.712 million at nominal value, with a planned placement volume of RUB 2.5 billion at nominal value.
