### Russian Agricultural Exports to Iraq Surge in 2025 According to preliminary estimates, Russia exported approximately 750,000 tons of agricultural products worth $178 million to Iraq in 2025, reports Agroexport. In the previous year, these figures stood at 352,500 tons and $82 million, respectively. Thus, the import of Russian agricultural products to Iraq increased by 2.1 times in volume and 2.2 times in value over the year. Iraq primarily purchases wheat, barley, millet, other cereals, and wheat or mixed wheat-rye flour from Russia. Overall, over the past five years, Russian agricultural exports to Iraq have increased 37-fold in volume from the previous level of 20,000 tons.
