Nine Ukrainian Drones Shot Down in Russian Regions, Authorities Say

During the night of January 29, Russian on-duty air defense forces intercepted and destroyed nine Ukrainian drones, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down over the Rostov region, two over the Republic of Crimea (a region annexed by Russia in 2014), two over the Bryansk region, and one over the Voronezh region.
