Russian fuel company Aerofuels places 3 billion rubles worth of exchange-traded bonds
Aerofuels, a Russian fuel company, has successfully placed a series of exchange-traded bonds worth 3 billion rubles at nominal value.
The issuer sold 3 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription.
The bonds will be in circulation for 2.5 years.
The coupon period is 91 days.
The coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 20.00% per annum following the collection of bids. Initially, the first coupon rate was announced at no more than 20.50% per annum. The placement volume was increased from a minimum of 1 billion rubles to 3 billion rubles during the bid collection process.
The placement organizers were IFC Solid, Alfa-Bank, and Sovcombank. The placement agent was IFC Solid.
The overview was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Committee, Ph.D. in Economics, and Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
