Central Bank Sets Zero Fee for Budget Payments in Digital Rubles

Payments to the budget in digital rubles will be made without commission. The Central Bank has decided to set zero commissions for such transactions. The preferential period will be valid until the end of 2026. The regulator noted that access to digital ruble transactions is currently available only to pilot participants. The rest will be able to do so from September 1, 2026. From that moment, Russians will be able to open digital ruble wallets in banks, manage the balance on them, including transferring funds to the budget.
