MICEX Index rises by 0.2% during preliminary trading session on Tuesday

On Tuesday, during the preliminary trading session, the MICEX Index is growing by 0.2% and is trading at 2740 basis points.

The most liquid stocks show the following trading dynamics:

- Sberbank +0.2%;

- VTB +0.1%;

- Gazprom +0.2%;

- Rosneft +0.6%.

It should be noted that the MICEX Index is a price index of the Russian stock market, calculated taking into account the market capitalization (free-float), which includes highly liquid shares of the largest and fastest-growing Russian companies.

The overview was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Board, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
