Kamchatka Territory and Murmansk Region to Receive 880 Million Rubles for Purchase of Fuel Oil

The Russian government has allocated additional subsidies for fuel supply to northern territories. According to the decision, Murmansk Oblast will receive over 550 million rubles, while Kamchatka Krai will receive approximately 330 million rubles for the purchase of fuel oil.

The additional funding is necessary to ensure uninterrupted operation of heating facilities, including thermal power plants and boilers. This will provide stable heating for residential buildings, social infrastructure, and industrial enterprises during the upcoming heating season.

Taking into account previously allocated funds, federal support for these regions in 2025 for these purposes will reach significant amounts: over 2.4 billion rubles for Kamchatka Krai and more than 3.1 billion rubles for Murmansk Oblast.
