VEB.RF placed bonds worth 30 billion rubles. VEB.RF has completed the placement of exchange-traded bonds of series PBO-002R-44 for 30 billion rubles at their nominal value. The bank placed 30 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription. The circulation period is 7 years. The semi-annual coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 15.20% per annum based on the results of the order book collection. The issuer has decided to redeem the bonds early on the 728th day from the start of the placement. The placement agent is VEB.RF. The bonds were placed within the framework of the exchange-traded bond program of series 002R with a total volume of up to 5 trillion rubles or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.
