SINARA Capital has issued bonds worth 15 billion rubles.
The issuer has completed the placement of exchange-traded bonds series 001K-02 for 15 billion rubles at nominal value.
From December 10 to 11, 2025, the issuer sold 15 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through a closed subscription among qualified investors.
The bonds have a circulation period of 3 years, with an offer set for one year later.
The coupon period is 91 days.
It is worth noting that the coupon rate until the offer is set at 16.50% per annum.
