JSC "KAMAZ" issued bonds for 6.75 billion rubles.
The issuer issued exchange bonds of series BO-P18 and BO-P19 for 6.75 billion rubles at face value.
Through public subscription, the issuer issued 3.65 million bonds of series BO-P18 and 3.1 million bonds of series BO-P19, each with a nominal value of 1000 rubles.
The term of the bonds is 2 years. The coupon period is 30 days.
The coupon rate for bonds of series BO-P18 for the entire term of the bonds was set at 16.50% per annum based on the results of the subscription collection.
The coupon income for bonds of series BO-P19 is determined as the sum of the incomes for each day of the coupon period based on the Central Bank of Russia key rate plus a spread, which was set at 2.75% per annum based on the results of the subscription collection.
Sovcombank is the organizer and agent for the placement.
