Krasnodar Region Inspections: FAS Suspects Several Companies in Cartel Conspiracy

Unscheduled cartel inspections are being carried out in the Krasnodar region. The FAS suspects a number of companies of collusion.

Specifically, the anti-monopoly service believes that "Alliance Med", "BNK", "Medtehnika Group", "Stomatorg Group" colluded when participating in tenders for the supply of medicines, medical devices and equipment to state healthcare institutions in several regions of Russia.

Currently, the FAS is inspecting the territories and premises of enterprises, copying documents and verifying information about the persons being checked.

"The final conclusions will be made by the service based on the results of inspection activities and analysis of all the information received," the FAS concluded.
