A self-service service for Russian MFCs (Multi-Functional Centers) has been developed, which will be integrated with the Unified Biometric System, according to a statement from the office of Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Government Administration of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Grigorenko.
With the help of this service, it will be possible to obtain services at MFCs without consulting a specialist and without presenting a passport. Special self-service kiosks will be equipped with a digital assistant that will help process the required service, and the final document or certificate can be downloaded via a QR code or received in paper form. The service will be accessible via biometrics.
The first self-service kiosks are planned to be installed in the coming months in Lipetsk MFCs.
