The Russian Ministry of Digital Development has drafted a bill that would exempt telecommunications operators from liability for breach of contractual obligations to consumers in the event of communication disruptions due to the threat of drones. This information, referring to the document amending the Federal Law "On Communications", was reported by Interfax. The bill also proposes that operators will be required to suspend communication services in cases where they receive a corresponding request from law enforcement agencies. According to the publication, the government commission on legislative activity has already approved the bill for submission to the State Duma for consideration.
