State Company "Avtodor" has placed three-day bonds worth 12.6 billion rubles.

State Company "Russian Highways" has placed exchange-traded bonds of series BO-007R-04 worth 12.6 billion rubles at nominal value.

The company sold 12.6 million bonds at an open subscription, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles.

The circulation period is 3 days.

One coupon period is provided for the bonds. The coupon rate is set at 17.00% per annum based on the results of the bid collection.

The bonds were placed within the framework of the exchange-traded bond program of series 007R with a total volume of up to 48 billion 756.224 million rubles inclusive.
