Transmashholding will not buy a stake in DELO Group from Rosatom. The parties failed to agree on the price of the asset being sold. This was reported by Kommersant citing sources familiar with the course of the transaction discussions.

Transmashholding had planned to acquire 49% of DELO Group. However, during a recent meeting of top managers of the interested companies, the parties decided that it was appropriate to halt the deal.
