Oil is trading above the level of $64 per barrel.
On Tuesday, the benchmark crude oil grade extracted in the North Sea - BRENT, is rising to the level of $64.50 per barrel, with a price decline of about 0.5%.
The Russian export oil blend URALS, which includes heavy sulphurous oil extracted in the Urals-Volga region and light Western Siberian oil of the SIBERIAN LIGHT grade, is trading near $58.60 per barrel.
The price difference between these oil grades has narrowed to the range of $3-7 per barrel.
The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Committee, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
