FAS allowed Zemun to buy out the business of the OKey hypermarket chain

Zemun has received permission from the Federal Antimonopoly Service to acquire 99% of RBF Retail, owned by top managers of the OKey hypermarket chain. This follows from the message of the press service of the department.
Upon completion of the transaction, Zemun will gain indirect control over the hypermarket chain.
The OK hypermarket chain was transferred to management at the end of 2024. Later, in August 2025, it was reported that the Lenta retail chain was planning buy out the network is OK.
