In addition, Uzbek media reported that before the deal, the authorized capital of the postal operator was increased by almost 40%. Now the market capitalization of UzPost is estimated at 285.9 billion soums (1.9 billion rubles).

According to the privatization program for this year, it was planned to put up for public auction 29.4% of UzPost shares.
