The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has no plans to change the personal income tax parameters, considering this measure excessive. This opinion was voiced by the first Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Irina Okladnikova during a meeting of the Duma Committee on Economic Policy.

- In terms of personal income tax, we do not envisage any additional changes here. We believe that it is simply excessive," Okladnikova was quoted as saying by TASS.
