Currently, the situation in the domestic fuel market is "generally stable." This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak during a meeting on the situation on the oil products market.

During the meeting, representatives of oil companies reported on maintaining the balance of supplies, optimizing logistics chains, and fulfilling all obligations. The Ministry of Transport confirmed the timely shipment of petroleum products in full.

Novak stressed that the ban on fuel exports remains in place in the Russian Federation, and a number of additional measures aimed at improving the market are also being worked out. He also noted that gasoline prices are constantly monitored based on consumer activity. Experts monitor the dynamics of prices in different regions, as well as the volume of consumption, which allows them to quickly respond to emerging situations.

Following the meeting, the Ministry of Energy was instructed to monitor the situation on the fuel market ahead of the upcoming winter season in order to ensure timely domestic demand and balance retail prices.

The Ministry of Economic Development was instructed to analyze the factors influencing the formation of retail fuel prices.
