The Cabinet of Ministers approved the national competition development plan until 2030

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a national competition development plan for 2026-2030. Among the main goals are to increase the economic efficiency and competitiveness of companies, curb cartel collusion, ensure equal access to public procurement, and more.

The plan provides for the following activities:

- introduction of a unified information and analytical system of tariff regulation into the work of regional authorities;

- launch of new GIS modules "Anti-Cartel" for the prevention, detection and suppression of agreements restricting competition;

- creation and launch of a digital service for the selection of land plots for agricultural work;

- completion of digitalization of procedures for appealing public procurement and the transition to filing 100% of such complaints in electronic form;

- preparation of proposals to ensure equal access of both dealers and independent service stations to information necessary for car repair and maintenance;

- creation of a portal containing information on demand and supply for innovative, high-tech products and technologies.
