By the end of September 2025, the total deviation of the actually received oil and gas revenues from their expected monthly volume amounted to 13 billion rubles. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

In this regard, the Ministry of Finance will allocate a total of 13.9 billion rubles for the sale of previously acquired foreign currency and gold. The operations are scheduled for the period from October 7 to November 7. The daily volume of sales of foreign currency and gold will be equivalent to 0.6 billion rubles.

According to the forecast of the Ministry of Finance, in October the federal budget will not receive 26.9 billion rubles under this line.
